Hi! I'm Blaze - a lifelong bread enthusiast with a serious love for carbs and community.

I live in Florida with my wonderful husband, Sam, and our very opinionated cat, Sabre (who does not help in the kitchen, but supervises from a safe distance). When I’m not baking, I’m often thinking about baking - or finding new ways to share it with the people around me.

Bread by Blaze started with a simple goal: make really good bread, and share it with everyone. Whether it's a flaky biscuit, a crusty loaf, or a golden focaccia muffin cup, every batch is made by hand, in small quantities, and with a whole lot of heart.

I believe bread should be:

  • Shared

  • Slightly chaotic

  • And always a little bit magical

This little bakery is a way for me to reflect His creativity, generosity, and love in the most tangible (and tasty) way I know how. Could be a calling, could be the natural outcome of God handing a girl a stand mixer. Hard to say.
