1. When will you restock?

I'm a one-woman dough show. I update inventory weekly depending on what I can prep, proof, and bake without falling asleep on a tray of focaccia. Check back often - or message me if you're desperate (for bread, not life advice).

2. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Yep! I happily accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for local delivery, pickup, and Flexible Bread Exchange orders.

You can pay by:

Please have payment ready when we meet - and if you're paying cash, exact change is always dough-lightful. 🍞

Shipping orders must be paid online at checkout before they head out on their carb-filled adventure.

You'll see your total before your bread goes in the oven.

3. Do you ship your bread?

You bet! 📦🍞

Bread by Blaze ships eligible baked goods throughout Florida for a flat shipping rate of $15 per order.

Every order is baked fresh to order and packaged with care before heading out on its carb-filled adventure. Most orders ship within 24 – 72 hours and arrive within 3 – 5 business days after shipment.

Some products may be available for local delivery or pickup only to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Maybe someday I'll be shipping coast-to-coast... but for now, Florida gets first dibs on the carbs.

4. Where do you hand deliver to?

I offer free local delivery within 15 miles of Apopka, Florida.

If you're not sure whether you're within the delivery area, just send me a message - I'm happy to double-check!

Free local pickup is also available in Apopka.

5. What is the Flexible Bread Exchange?

The Flexible Bread Exchange is a meet-up option for customers located 15 – 45 miles from Apopka.

Instead of delivering directly to your doorstep, we'll coordinate a convenient public meet-up location that works for both of us. Think parks, cafés, workplaces, or other mutually agreed-upon spots. 🍞💛

After placing your order, please message or email me to coordinate the time and location.

6. How will I know when my bread is ready?

Once your order’s in, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with:

A reminder to email me at breadbyblaze@gmail.com to arrange pickup or delivery

Since everything is baked fresh to order, most items are ready for pickup, local delivery, or shipping within 24 – 72 hours, depending on my baking schedule (and caffeine intake ☕).
