Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bread by Blaze, every item is baked fresh to order. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled baking date.
  • Once baking has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Quality Issues

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or a quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at breadbyblaze@gmail.com.

We may request photos of the product to help us understand the issue. If a mistake was made on our end, we will work with you to provide:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A partial or full refund at our discretion.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or missed pickup arrangements.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If Bread by Blaze must cancel an order due to severe weather, illness, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control, customers will receive either:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule their order.
