Welcome to Bread by Blaze! By placing an order through our website, social media pages, email, or any other ordering platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About Bread by Blaze

Bread by Blaze is a small-batch cottage bakery operating in accordance with applicable Florida cottage food laws. All products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government food safety inspections.

2. Orders

All products are made to order and subject to availability.

Bread by Blaze reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Limit quantities available for purchase.
  • Correct pricing, product descriptions, or inventory errors.

An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been provided.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Applicable sales tax may be collected where required by law.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. Because all items are handmade:

  • Appearance, shape, color, and texture may vary slightly from photos.
  • Product sizes and weights are approximate.
  • Seasonal ingredients and availability may affect offerings.

5. Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Wheat
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Soy
  • Tree nuts
  • Peanuts

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of any allergy concerns before placing an order.

Bread by Blaze cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

For pickup orders:

  • Customers must arrive during the agreed-upon pickup window.
  • Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be discarded due to food safety concerns.

For delivery orders:

  • Someone should be available to receive the order if required.
  • Bread by Blaze is not responsible for products after successful delivery.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

As a general rule:

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled baking date.
  • Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, returns are not accepted.
  • Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

8. Food Safety and Storage

Customers are responsible for properly storing products after pickup or delivery.

Because our products contain no preservatives, freshness and shelf life may vary. We recommend consuming baked goods promptly or freezing them for later enjoyment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Bread by Blaze's website and social media platforms—including logos, photographs, product descriptions, text, graphics, and branding—is the property of Bread by Blaze and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bread by Blaze shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities.
  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

11. Changes to These Terms

Bread by Blaze reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website.
